Michael began his legal career serving as an Assistant State Attorney in the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. Michael has also successfully represented banks and real estate developers in numerous real estate lien disputes, mitigating and removing real estate liens filed by municipalities and other governmental entities. This lien mitigation practice frequently requires Michael to work with municipalities and appear before city commissions and code enforcement boards to resolve code disputes and satisfy liens clouding the title to our client’s real estate inventory.
Finally, Michael heads the Firm’s transaction practice. He frequently works with the Firm’s business clients to draft and organize the various agreements, memoranda and other operating documents required to protect our client’s business interests in a South Florida business market, which is constantly growing in both size and complexity.
